Community Membership (Meetings) $100/mo.

Our Conference room, meeting room and Flex office are available to rent Monday-Friday however priority is given to our members with an annual plan. Annual Member Pans start at $100/mo and provide several benefits.

Rent spaces by the hour at our member rates. The conference room member rate is $50/hr with a 90 minute minimum.
Book spaces up to 14 days in advance with our app and bookings further in advance or schedule a recurring booking with our staff.
Members can can cancel their booking with 3 days advance notice

Non-Member Conference Room Rental

Non members may rent the Conference room by the day, Monday-Friday. The rate is $500 for an 8 hour block. This fee is paid at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance and must be made at least 14 days in advance. It is necessary to schedule an in person appointment with our staff before your first booking to sign a copy of the rental agreement and provide a copy of your drivers license.
